The QI Practitioner training course is open to Solent staff, partner organisation members, patients and carers working as a team to deliver a larger-scale service improvement project.

About the course

EXPLORE

What it provides:

  • support and encouragement to teams in order to deliver improvement (QI) projects

  • learning about QI methods and approaches

  • dedicated time and focus on an area to improve

  • opportunity to work alongside other teams

  • external and local expertise support

What it involves:

  • support and agreement from your service line management
    four days of externally facilitated workshops bringing all teams together 

  • working together with patients and people to make a difference

  • delivering an improvement outcome which is shared widely

  • exploring 'green' and sustainable ideas

What it includes:

  • Change management

  • The Model for Improvement

  • Measurement Project sustainability

  • Patient participation
