QI TRAINING PROGRAMME

The QI Practitioner training course is open to Solent staff, partner organisation members, patients and carers working as a team to deliver a larger-scale service improvement project.
About the course
What it provides:
support and encouragement to teams in order to deliver improvement (QI) projects
learning about QI methods and approaches
dedicated time and focus on an area to improve
opportunity to work alongside other teams
external and local expertise support
What it involves:
support and agreement from your service line management
four days of externally facilitated workshops bringing all teams together
working together with patients and people to make a difference
delivering an improvement outcome which is shared widely
exploring 'green' and sustainable ideas
What it includes:
The Model for Improvement
Measurement Project sustainability
The knowledge and understanding of how important listening to families is and true co-production.
