QI Week 2023, 11 - 15 Sept
Demystifying and celebrating QI
Quality Improvement (QI) Week aims to showcase, demonstrate, and support the use of improvement tools and methods in health and social care.
Ever thought you would like to be involved in QI but you aren't sure where to start, or you don't have any experience of QI "processes" or tools?
Well, you're probably using QI in your everyday work without realising. Quality Improvement doesn't only have to be lead by managers; some of the most impactful ideas come from those who are working directly with service users and members of our communities.
During QI Week we invite you to ask questions, engage with those who have experience of running improvement projects, and take your first step into the QI world.
