We welcome patients, service users, families and members of our community to be involved in the recruitment of new Solent staff.

 

As someone who has experience of our care, you are in the best position to identify the type of people and skillsets that we need to join our teams, and so, it makes sense for you to be involved in the recruitment and interview process.

How can you be involved?

Get creative:

  • Work with us to put together job descriptions and person specifications

  • Help us put together adverts for new roles

  • Share your experience

Be part of the process:

  • Help us shortlist candidates

  • Advise us on the questions we should be asking interviewees

  • Assist the interview panel on the day

  • Welcome candidates on the interview day

  • Sit on the interview panel

  • Work with us to initiate new staff
