Title

TNS Study: Treating ADHD in Youth

Summary

A Phase IIb Trial: Investigating Trigeminal Nerve Stimulation for ADHD in Youth.

This multi-centre, blinded, randomized, parallel-group study aims to assess the efficacy of real versus sham Trigeminal Nerve Stimulation (TNS) in alleviating symptoms among youth with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). With a cohort of 150 children and adolescents enrolled across London and Southampton Universities, the study aims to validate the impact of TNS on ADHD symptoms, academic abilities (e.g., attention), long-term effects over 6 months, and underlying neural mechanisms.
