HOME BP

This study is testing an online programme (HOME-BP) that aims to keep your high blood pressure under control with the support of your GP practice. Half the people taking part in the study will have access to the programme. The other half will have a blood pressure check-up and then continue to receive their usual NHS care for their high blood pressure. The participants will be randomly assigned to a group.

This study has now closed to recruitment.
