I work as the Clinical Effectiveness and Quality Improvement Facilitator.


My responsibilities

I am responsible for…

  • disseminating new and revised NICE guidance and updating the Trust’s master spreadsheet

  • providing advice and support on clinical audits and service evaluations

  • identifying opportunities for improvement and promoting quality improvement methodologies

  • delivering training sessions on Clinical Audit and Quality Improvement


My background

I have spent 20 years working in Clinical Audit and Quality Improvement in Acute, in different roles across various locations.


Why I love my job

I am enjoying the contrast of working in a Community Trust, and the people I work with.


More about me

Life generally finds me busy with my son and puppy.  I love walking along the beach, going to yoga and planning/travelling to other parts of the world.
